Refund policy

 

On The Spot Online Shop offers  7 days ( Since the day you received the package / The tracking service shows the package was received  ) exchange only .

 Any user request for exchange must follow the following guides : 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging .

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase , word explanations and a photo or video within 10 seconds that shows the damaged part of item .
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The time delivery may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live . Please noted that Estimated Delivery Times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.
  • Any artificial or deliberate damage occurred after the package received , request for exchange are unacceptable to the company . 

 

Seasonal product have particular exchange time limited :

  • halloween goods cannot be exchange after 29th October . 

 

How to exchange good :

  1. After you received the package , please check the good conditions . If they are defective or damaged , please send an email with a photo or video , the proof of purchase and word explanation to  onthespotolshop@gmail.com .

  2. The company will reply your request of exchange if it is received and inspected within 5 working days ( refer to Hong Kong general holiday ) , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange . For the company operation reason , we may required you send the item back to : ON THE SPOT MANUFACTURING LIMITED, 12-14 Sam Chuk Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, H. K., 13/F., Wing Sum Factory Building, , San Po Kong, Kowloon Hong Kong SAR China.

  3. If you are approved , the company will deliver the same product you purchase but brand new to the address you provided . On The Spot will provide customer the tracking number . Remember please noted that Estimated Delivery Times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.
